Vodacom Changed Statement Address Without Consent (Differs From Invoice Address) - 4 Month Struggle To Have It Fixed

My statement and invoice (both in 1 email) used to have the same correct postal address. When one of my contracts expired and moved to prepaid somehow the addresses got broken and my statement started showing an incorrect address. I have called Vodacom 3 times during the last 3 months, and 3 times the agents have assured me that it has been fixed and is now correct, only to receive the same incorrect information again and have 2 documents in the same email with differing addresses. This is extremely infuriating and disgusting client service. YOU broke the addresses, now it has been made my problem to try and get it fixed, and 3 times have I wasted money on 30+ minute calls for agents to fix the issue. How is it possible that you can provide such an *********** service? As a contract client I am appalled by the service that you are providing to me. Fix my statement address as I am now tired of waiting and asking and incurring costs because of your incompetence. How is it that no addresses can be managed online? How is it possible that a statement address and an invoice address can be different? When my contract expires I will be leaving your ****ty company, rest assured. If a service provider can't even fix an admin thing like an address on a statement how can you trust them to provide you with reliable communications.
