Vodacom change of ownership

Good Morning, regarding the above VODACOM account, which is in the name of a deceased family member. On 17 /1- e mail sent to VODACOM that my spouse passed away and I want to transfer the account into my name, and on 28/1- another mail sent to VODACOM as no response received on first e-mail. On 29/1-received e- mail from VODACOM with reference no : EC-1RTX 2601Q0,which stated my options, transfer acc.into your name,or apply to have converted to pre paid,or request acc.be terminated . On the same date went to VODACOM shop in Galleria mall to do a transfer of ownership. On 31/1 sent mail to deceased @ vodacom.co.za to inform them that the ref number from VODACOM shop is EC-RTY- 3TD0QA,to enable them to couple this ref.number with the ref.number given to me to avoid confusion. On 31/1 at 15:27 sent another mail to them if someone could at least acknowledge my e-mails,received no answer from their side. On 5/2-still no answer received and went back to VODACOM shop to find out if my application was successful, and were informed it was declined. While at Cellucity one of the employees spoke to consultant at VODACOM legal department which informed him, that an amount of R1525-27 needs to be paid on the account to have at least one number ********** 869 converted to prepaid. On 11/2 sent another e-mail to *** to have acount converted into prepaid and ref no.EC-1RV7-2XZP4D was received via mail, informing me time to resolve 1-3 working days. On 14/2 contacted them telephonically, first I was told no such ref. exist, and when giving the ref. A second time,I was informed that I will be phoned back, the same day,yet no reply. On 16/2-Received a sms from VODACOM that there is no record of an application to have acount transfered into my name, and line will be suspended, contact ********** .ALTHOUGH THESE PEOPLE ONLY WORKS FROM MONDAY'S TO FRIDAY'S. My question: what is happening in the different departments at VODACOM with which I dealt with, as from the sms received today,it gives the impression that nothing has been done from my side. Where do I go from here,as I comp**** with all VODACOMS requests, sending I'd documents death certificate, affidavit from Sap, proof of address, etc. THE WORST PART OF IT ALL IS THAT IN EVERY E-MAIL SENT TO THEM I REQUESTED THAT I CAN NOT AFFORD TO NOT KEEP THIS NUMBER AS THE PEOPLE INVOLVED WITH THE ESTATE AND OTHER PEOPLE INVOLVED HAS THIS NUMBER.NOTE THAT INBETWEEN ALL THE ABOVE THE LINES WAS ALREADY SUSPENDED ONCE. THIS TYPE OF SERVICE WOULD NOT BE EXPECTED FROM A COMPANY LIKE VODACOM .REGARDS A.PIENAAR
