Vodacom: change of contract without permission

September and October 2017: received an sms that quotation 1-3 ********** 210835 is being processed against my name. I never asked for this quotation. I have complained about this twice on the 111 call centre number. Each time Vodacom says that they will email me the reference number and details. Nothing. Complained for the 3rd time on 15th October, around ,12:00, to the call centre. Told that I must wait another 15 days for response (that's the second round of 15 days). No response! No email! End of the month I get billed and told by SMS that I am billed for the new contract. WHICH I NEVER AUTHORISED. Received 2 calls from some sort of call centre. Told them again the problem. All they say is that they will call Head Office. I have no details about what happened to my old contract and minutes lost. No details on the new contract sent to me. Nobody can tell me what is going on. I have never been subjected to such poor service from a cellphone provider. Get another call today from a ''call centre''. First call centre ended the call while I was talking. Second one (today), no response since then. What is going on that a customer of more than 15 years cannot get a single detail on who did what on my account without my permission?? And to authorise something without me signing?? Since when is this allowed??
