VODACOM CHANGE AND ADD THINGS ON CUSTOMERS CONTRACT WITHOUT THEIR CONSENT. WHEN YOU CALL, TBEY NEVER CORRECT THEIR MISTAKE INSTEAD THEY ADD MORE MONET ON AN ACCOUNT.

Vodacom only care about their profit and meeting their target. I DO NOT check the affordability of a customer. They changed my contract without my consent. I spoke to 4 sales personnel to correct their misses as one of them confirmed that someone decided to add some stupid things that I did not agree on. I tried to call multiple times nobody is willing to assist. I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND ANY TO TAKE CONTRACT WITH VODACOM. THIS PEOPLE DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. This is ridiculous and pathetic. It's do frustrating 😡😡😡

Why are you now sending expired quotation which include the things that I never asked for. What the **** is going on? You expect me to sign the quote that's expired which include your ****? I canceled my contract for data. AND I PAID FOR CANCELLETION FEE AND SEND POP. The last sales personal reassured me that everything is been done from their side and I will be charged R204 monthly until January 2024.Why did you bill me R676? Why and how the HELL did that come about?

STILL WAITING FOR VODACOM TO REAPOND AS TO WHY I WAS CHARGED R676 INSTEAD OF R204. I CONNOT CALL THEM AS THEY WILL ADD SOMETHING THAT I NEVER ASK FOR. ONCE YOU CALL VODACOM FOR ASSISTANCE THEY ADD SOMETHING STUPID ON THE CONTRACT.

THAT IS NOT TRUE. THE PERSON WHO CALLED ME YESTERDAY SAID THEY ARE GOING TO LISTEN TO THE RECORDING AND GET BACK TO ME. I DID NOT ALLOW ANYONE TO GIVE ME A CONTRACTBOF R602 I'M NOT STUPID. THIS IS ANNOYING AND IRRITATING.
