Vodacom ****
Last month I received a call from Vodacom offering me another package on 2 of my contracts for a reduced rate with more data and I accepted. Last week I got a statement and both contracts have increased. I called 082 135 and after giving my ID number 7 times. My phone numbers 5 times and an hour on the phone I still have not had my contracts reversed to the original plan. This is a **** used by Vodacom because eventually you give up holding on the line listening to ****py tunes and giving your id number to a call canter agent with hearing problem 7 times. I want both contracts reversed to the original plan and the extra charges on my account to be credited.
