Vodacom CEO's Office has no clue about providing customer service
What a useless industry. It is now over 60 days while my complain is sitting with Vodacom CEO's useless Office and they are not even interested in resolving it.
I have never experience such a pathetic company when it comes to customer care.
Thato Makoti keeps on ignoring my emails !!!
South Africans must be warned about Vodacom, they are nothing but the biggest ****
