Vodacom Centurion Mall -- such excellent assistance

<p>I am technologically challenged when it comes to switching to new hardware and software. Being a customer of Vodacom for 20 years I realized the only way to get the traumatic change to a new phone, wireless connection etc. done is to go to Vodacom Centurion Mall in the hope that they can help me over this hurdle as painlessly as possible. There I met the most wonderful, patient, friendly individuals named Grant, Wayne and Sandi. They went out of their way to assist -- despite working into their lunch hour and beyond. When I walked out of the shop, everything was installed as it should be, explained (several times without being impatient), and working -- ready for me to use! My contract was reviewed and settled to my satisfaction and no stone was left unturned to settle all my questions. How wonderful of Vodacom to employ such delightful people. I also hope that the mothers of Grant, Wayne and Sandi get to read this -- you raised your children to be a lady and gentlemen.
