Vodacom Centurion Mall (lower level)

After being a loyal customer of MTN for 10+ years without issues, I thought it was time for a change... What a huge mistake!!! From the word go I had terrible service. The representative had no knowledge of the phone I wanted, and actually tried to convince me to take another unit. After almost an hour of back-and-forth questions, him telling me there is no "live unit" in store and googling for answers, another representative came over and showed me the changes from GMS to HMS on his device. . I then again said that I want the P40 lite on the XS plan, with a GT2E watch. The representative kept talking about the 175 plan, and after asking him twice why he calls the contract 175, I was promised that its the same thing... He got the phone but no watch, I asked where the watch was, and was told they will call me the next day to collect. He proceeded to install the Sim card, and promised the phone would be working when I got home. No so happy and 90 mins later i left... I got home and checked if the phone was working. It said "no Sim card detected" in the left top corner. After some fault finding and googling it turned out the Sim card was in the wrong slot, easily fixed, but didn't help the cause as I was still unhappy from the previous day.... It then said "no service" so I called the next morning, and was told by a different representative that nobody sent the request to "activated" the connection. 5 mins later the phone worked... Sent my new number to all contact and downloaded all my apps. Finally!!! But no... More frustration!!! On the the vodacom app, I realized that I was given an airtime contract, and not a minute / data package as asked for. This after SHOWING A PICTURE to the representative... I waited till the afternoon to go to the vodacom shop, as to pick the watch up as well. At the door I explained my issue, and was told it could be changed. I waited for the same representative (30mins) as not to complicate matters. We sat down, I asked if the watch had arrived, he said no... he hit 3 or 4 buttons on the keyboard and turned to me and said I have to wait 3 months to change the contract, or get a new number?! I WAS SO LIVID I JUST WALKED OUT!!! This was a week ago... I phone daily to speak to a manager/ask for an area managers number, but apparently store managers spend all day at "the bank" or they "just stepped out". I have had no answer as to when the watch stock will arrive, or how they will rectify the faulty contract?!
