Vodacom Centurion Mall Customer Service

I took my phone in to Vodacom in Centurion Mall on the 5th of January for a screen repair on my P20 lite. I was told the process takes 14 days (inclusive of the quotation phase). When the quotation was complete and I agreed to the co-payment, I was then told it would take 14 days from the 8th of January, which I had no issues with. On the 15th and 17th of January, I called Vodacom to enquire on their progress. I was told, on both occasions, that the store was awaiting a part and that it would be in by the 17th or 20th. I called again on the 20th, only to find that the store is still awaiting the part. I enquired about how long the process would take. This time, no indication of how long the repair would take was given to me. I asked the guy I spoke to that I would rather take it to another store to which the consultant told me that it would be difficult as the quotation process had already been completed. When I pressed him for the amount of time it would take to fix my phone, he responded that I should wait 21 working days. Normally, I would not make a big deal out of this, but, that is my only phone and I'm pregnant. Anything can happen at this stage. Please do something!
