Vodacom celphone insurance ****

Please do not waste your time taking the vodacom Comprehensive celphone insurance. Simply put it is a well versed ****. I put in a claim yet need to pay in more than a thousand rand on one of the cheapest hansets there is as 4 mnth's after I have bought the phone they do not stock the same model any more. So what they can give me there is seamingly a price diffrance so I must pay in the price difrance almost R800 and another R330 as excess fee. Yet this is what they say" If your claim is approved, you pay an excess fee. We then replace your device with a new device of the same or similar type or a good-as-new device of the same type."
