Vodacom - cellular service suspended.

I tried making a call on my cell phone and I get a recorded message saying your cellular service has been suspended. This has been going on the whole day and I can get any assistance from vodacom customer support. The outsource call centre agents keep on saying everything is 100% on their end. I cant seem to get a solution to the problem. I cant make or receive calls from my sim at all and I cant get assistance from Vodacom.
