Vodacom / Cellucity Corporate Epic Fail

I took out a new Mobile Broadband Connect through Vodacom, via Cellucity, and since taking it it has been one thing to the other, and since deciding to cancel it in July, I have literally been moved from pillar to post, the account manager who at least had a swift turnaround time with my queries has since left, and everyweek since August I have called, emailed, both Vodacom, Cellucity, and everywhere in between, and nobody wants to provide me with a cancellation quotation for this rip-off of a service.

I really wish there was an alternative to the the ******* practices these monopoly companies like Vodacom and Telkom put us through. This is my last hope to find assistance, after that then I'll have to get the front page of every major paper to assist me, and have a social media campaign to assist.

Dear Vodacom,
I understand how busy you must be, thus you send auto-responses, and expect everything to seem resolved, but per usual, even with the attempt through HelloPeter you have once again made empty promises.
I am awaiting now a response from the Ombudsman, and will be liaising through my legal team, as it seems you are not concerned with my business, and think you can take advantage of all your customers since you call yourselves the number one provider. Cell C learned the hard way a few years back, this seems my last resort.
