Vodacom Cellsure worst insurance provider in SA!!

I've been with vodacom Cellsure for about 3 years now and everytime when it comes to a claim there are issues. I have had an iPhone 6 for less then a year when the phone started acting up. Took it to vodacom repair shop in benoni where instead of like in the past where a new replacement phone was given to me, now the policy is to first assess the damage and repair the phone. Fair enough. After over 2 weeks I pick the phone up. After less then 2 hours having the phone I realize nothing has actually been repaired on the phone. Next day take it back. After a week I pick it up and again realise that vodacom's useless personnel didn't even bother checking the phone and the next day I take the phone back. This was a month and a half ago and till today I have not received my phone repaired back nor a new replacement phone. What's the point of insuring the phone at the maximum Rand amount when it doesn't count for a thing. Now I receive an sms from Cellsure stating that my phone is underinsured!!! REALLY!!!! When i took out the insurance on the phone I was told that this was the maximum amount the phone can be insured for. I'll see to it, that you Cellsure receive all that's coming to you!
