Vodacom cellsure insurance

I had a samsung A5 which I insured through Cellsure and when I wanted to claim they told me that I could not claim for another phone but the samsung A5. The insurance had covered me for the price value of phone and not the phone itself and when I wanted to pay the access for another phone they denied me this and said I can only get the A5. Before I got the A5 I had the same insurance but I had a samsung S5 and when I wanted to claim for the S5 they said they have the colour that I wanted so thats why thatsI decided to get the A5. Now why are they not allowing me to pay access to get another phone besides the A5. I really want to cancel the phone contract and the insurance and get another service provider because this is not customer service at all
