Vodacom cellphones unreliable
I received a contract cellphone from Vodacom which has been in for repairs four times since I have had it, everytime for the same fault - it will not charge. I am severly ill and need a cellphone I can rely on, not something that breaks every couple off months. Vodacom says they can not find any fault with the phone. After breaking four times I would hope they can figure out that this is a problem beyond their control.
