Vodacom cellphone shops, you can do better.

Terrible experience with cell phone repair. From the point where I booked my phone in for repairs to when I collected it; I constantly had to check in on progress to move things along. Vodacom Tiekams in Queenstown Eastern Cape is really the last place you can go to look for help. Their phones ring endlessly, unanswered; most of the time the number isn't even ringing - which made it even harder to get someone to attend to my enquiries. Vincent Park branch is not much better, they make are unkind and inefficient. So disappointed in Vodacom staff, how little they care about the client and the service they said to provide.
