Vodacom Cellphone repair centre

I have handed my phone in to be repaired at the end of September. I have received it back 3 times and it had the same problem. It then got sent back to the repair centre twice before I could even collect it from the store because it had the same problem. I have been paying a handset fee for the last two months while I am stuck with a cheap phone that I had to go and buy because the manager left with the safe keys so I could not get a replacement phone. I have been waiting for 2 months now while my phone gets sent back and forth between the store and the repair centre. I have phoned the help line and I have moaned at the store. All I get told is just wait until you get the phone. I am the one paying for a hanset that is not in my possesion and being inconvenienced. I have been a very loyal vodacom customer for years. I cant wait for my contract to end so I can move on. I see no point in paying money over to a company that has no interest in helping you. I am the idiot paying for something while struggling for 2 months. I have been more than patient but I am done. If I ever get asked I will gladly advise people to go to a different network. The leading network is no longer leading.
