Vodacom Cellphone Insurance Rip-Off

I have my cell phone insured with Vodacom under Finrite Administrators and was previously known as Cellsure. Now that I want to have my ****** cellphone replaced they are informing that the policy wording has changed and excess amounts changed as well from 15% to 25%. I was never informed about new policies and I didnt sign up for them. This is upsetting. When I call, their managers do not want to talk to me. They are expecting me to pay an amount I didn't sign for on the contract.
