Vodacom cellphone insurance is a ****!!

Vodacom customer service is *******. Their insurance department is even worse. My dad has been paying for cellphone insurance for over 2 years and now when he claims he is told that insurance has been cancelled but they can’t give us any proof that the insurance was cancelled on the said date. We can’t get statements or the supposed recording of my dad cancelling the insurance. What my dad cancelled is the cellphone contract and opted to move prepaid. It’s been over 3 months of back and forth with no assistance 🤬
