Vodacom cellphone insurance

On the 28th of December 2018 I upgraded my contract and got a new device it was insured same day when I left the shop, on the 3rd of January I decided to change my cellphone number on the insurance but an agent by the name of Susan Bantjes advised me that I need to cancel my current insurance and complete a new application for just to change the cellphone number on the insurance which I found weird but did it because I wanted my device to continue to be insured.

On the 31st of January I went to Westgate Vodacom to proceeded with the process and sent all my documents a cancelation and a new application form I never got any response regarding my device being insured with a new cellphone number but the cancelation was done.

On the 06th of February I went back to the store we sent application forms but no response from cellsure.

The agent at the store on the 13th of February advised me to sent an email to follow up but till date I haven't received a respond.

This is unacceptable this phone was insured if it wasn't of your system to send a cancelation just to change something small as a contact number I doubt I would be writing this.

Please sort this out and i want my device insured ASAP

Clearly vodacom doesn't take their customers complains seriously it's a month and I'm still waiting for the '' '' '' 'relevant department' to contact I'm even sure it doesn't even exist. Vodacom is the worst in the country
