Vodacom cellphone contract ********

Vodacom are the biggest ********, I will never sign a cellphone contract with them again or recommend them to anyone. Two years back I signed a cellphone contract with them in June, I sent an email to them month end may this year, instructing the to cancel the contract and keep my number as a prepaid.

To my surprise my account is still debited till to this month August. I contacted them and demanded a refund, I was told by accounts that I should have called because they don't often check emails.

If this happens to 1 000 000 poor clients who pays an average of R200, they would have made R400 000 000 in two months, think about it.
