Vodacom Cellphone Blacklisting Department pathetic

Two years ago I upgraded my contract. With that contract I got an adidtional Huawei P8 Lite which I sold still sealed in its box. The person whom I sold to is on Cell C network and therefore it was activated with a Cell C sim card and not a Vodacom one.

A week or two ago the person lost the phone, reported it to the police and Cell C, but unfortunately could not obtain the ITC number as the phone is still technically on my Vodacom contract. I then phoned Vodacom and asked to blacklist the phone, but was told that they cannot pick up the device as it was not activated with a Vodacom sim card.

The consultant then informed me that she'll send me a form to complete and that must be sent to the *** website. I then submitted the form about two days ago, followed up twice as it stated that they'll get back within 24 hours time, but till now to no avail.

I need someone to attend to this ASAP as the Insurance claims department has been following up on the ITC number. I would also like someome to give me a number that I can contact as the blacklisting department does not have a direct number or any number for that matter.
