Vodacom Cell Phone Tower

The cell phone tower at 29 Kenilworth Drive, Kloof has been making the most ********** whining noise for the past two months. And additionally a siren goes off regularly which sounds like a factory alarm, and this is day and night. I have contacted Vodacom Customer Care who advised me to phone the number on the side of the tower which I did only to find that number is no longer in service. We are unable to enjoy sitting outside because of this constant whine coming from the tower. Please could someone come and sort this out as soon as possible.
