Vodacom cell phone insurance claim - Shocking service - Can't even get hold of Vodacom Insurance & still no repair

We handed our Cell Phone in two weeks ago for repairs at Vodacom Menlyn. The phone is insured through Vodacom Insurance. This is a joke we are still waiting for the repairs to even be approved by Vodacom Insurance. We then get a notice to say phone is repaired, my husband goes in today to collect at Vodacom Menlyn only to be told that Vodacom Insurance has not even approved the repairs yet. They pride themselves on being the best service provider? Absolutely no service here. What is happening, how do we get answers and when do we get our repaired phone back! We certainly will be cancelling all our Vodacom Insurance forward going.
