Vodacom Cell Phone contract

I app**** for a cell phone contract online and I was approved. Ram couriers was supposed to deliver the package and they never did. I got an sms from vodacom notifying me that I have received the package. I called Vodacom they transferred me to Ram couriers, we told me that the package it was sent to Vodacom head office. Now I'm in debt for something that I have never received.
