Vodacom causes Mental Anguish and Stress

Got a call from the social media manager after MONTHS OF ASKING AND IT MAKES SENSE WHY VODACOM IS SO PATHETIC. Vodacom has caused me such affected my mental, emotional and physical health causing so much stress and anxiety. THEY ARE SO SO SNEAKY. The manager speaks down to me like I am the one who isn’t giving customer service but THEY WILL TAKE MY MONEY SO QUICK AND FAST ! They defend their ability to not resolve issues. It took A MANAGER 4 months to call. Still disgusted 🤮
