Vodacom caused decline for daughter's student loan, because they are inadequate

I have tried to do my daughter's student loan and a Experian problem popped up. I have been listed since last year as a bad payer and I never knew this. My account was suspended last year due to covid hitting us. Caught all the payments up and lines were reinstated. I wasn't receiving my statements and I was changing banks. I liased this with Vodacom and asked how much must I pay to cover the debit order I was told just over R900. I stated that I would pay R1300 as I do not know what's going on. Try to talk to accounts, beter luck to talk to a wall as I told her this has been happening from last year, to which she told me I pay the contract myself and there was never a debit order on my account, plus I was paying late. I have been a customer for close to 9 or 10 years and have several numbers. I also stated since the bad payment was listed from last year and that this month the proper amount was not paid in that's why I have been listed form last year. Wow such a good prediction from last year till now to say it was a late payment. Instead of the women listening to me she agitated me and I got angry as hell. I pay part of her salary and everyone else that deals with Vodacom.
