Vodacom Case closed with resolution

Every week I buy 10 GB of data from Vodacom but I am unable to view my data balance on the Vodacom App because I get errors. The App only works if I connect wirelessly through another network or if I switch sim cards because my phone uses 2 Sim cards. I decided to call Vodacom about this and the lady I spoke to was so helpful, her name is Bontle. We did some troubleshooting until she suggested that she will log a case to escalate this further. Today I received multiple SMS's that were 3 minutes apart. First SMS said "your ticket has been assigned to a support specialist". The second SMS said "your ticket with reference has been closed". The third SMS said "your My Vodacom account has been deregistered". Who asked you to do that? This is my ticket reference A2-KAU3-NRAXV , the SMS shows who closed the ticket but why do that without confirming with me if the app is working or not. If i want to check or do anything on the app i have to buy data for my other sim card and then check or connect to a wifi connection which is an inconvinience to me because I already bought 10GB from Vodacom. I am really upset. This is the worst customer service ever.

It is with the cooperation and feedback from valued clients such as yourself that we are able to identify any areas of improvement within our organisation. As per A2-KAU3-NRAXV, our records indicate that the following feedback wa provided "Dear customer. Please be advised that we have deregistered the Vodacom App profile successfully from your mobile number. You will now be able to create an account on your Vodacom App." Kindly uninstall and reinstall the App and then create your profile.
