Vodacom Cares Less about their Client

I have been going up and down with Vodacom. The service I have been getting has been terrible. No one wants to own up that they sold me lies and now I have to be paying for a contract which I did not agree on. I had a contract with Vodacom which was coming to an end. I did not even know I was due for an upgrade. This guy called me for an upgrade. I told him I am not really interested. If i do take a phone i want to pay roughly what I am paying currently paying I cannot afford more. He gave me options and I asked for which iPhone are available in my price range and said iPhone 8. I asked him if I get this iPhone 8 will i get my 100Gigs data which I am currently paying. He assured me I will get the phone including the data for R369. My main aim was to pay roughly R329 and when he confirmed R369 for the phone and the data, I was like great deal. I received the phone within a few days number 1 phone had no cable or anything, he did not advise that the phone comes with nothing, 2 the phone did not have the 100 Gigs as agreed telephonically. I complained about this , they added the 100 Gigs however at another additional cost which I did not agree with while busy sorting this out, the phone stops working. Phone does not last more than 20 minutes without being charged, I called Vodacom. I tell them this phone was the worst experience ever, they say to me I must take it to the nearest Repair Store at Vodacom. I took it to the one in Centurion, after a few days I was advised they will give me a new phone they cannot fix it. I eventually got the new phone I got the shock of my life when I received my statement now in February. This is still not yet sorted. Back to square one, I have been going up and down with Vodacom, no one wants to listen to the conversation I had with the agent that sold me the contract, they keep on telling me that the data was at additional cost I must pay for it and I have used the data therefore I must pay. I must cancel the data and they cannot take their phones back. These agents are selling you lies just to make a commission and they do not care whether the client will be able to pay it or not. This request is still going up and now with no resolution nor are they thinkin about the client, you must just pay. Reference number ***
