Vodacom Carelessness

<p>I sent a phone to Vodacom Customer Care for repair - which they did very quickly - replacing the old phone with a "new" one. Job Card ********** 0. however on the old phone was a glass screen protector. they tried to pull it off, completely destroying it. as the replacement was done under warrantee i expect them to replace the screen protector, or at least have the common courtesy to tell me they destroyed it. as this item cost from R200 to R300 i expect and demand compensation.</p>
