Vodacom careless

I have contract phone, I'm using this number with somebody else. And her banking details. I've tried several times for assistance calling Vodacom, I gave them my banking details but still they didn't debit. About the number they said it will be fix after 3 working day but still is the same. One other time I received a phone call from police that Diana the person I'm sharing the number with took a 6year old child. I even received that this account is on arrears. I need help with this thing
