Vodacom career site

Good Day ,I used to work for Vodacom as a contractor, I left in 2012, I have been trying to apply on their career website for the past 6 months, but it says I am blocked. There is no number to call and get the right info from why I was blocked. Can I get a department or someone to help sort this portal error.<br>
