Vodacom Care doesn't care

Dear Vodacom. Please tell if I will get my phone back. The one person says they waiting for screen the other caller says phone can't be repaired. They all end their call with the \the store will call you before close of business today". no one ever calls. I have raised my issues on every platform I could possibly find. Is this some sort of delay tactic so that my contract can lapse? Phone in for repairs since 11 July."""
