Vodacom Cape Gate threatens existing Client

My mom went into Vodacom Cape Gate yesterday to get her upgrade. She was help by Ian who gave her a great deal for 2 x Honor phones. Hours later he calls my 62 year old mother saying she never qualified for the phones and she either needs to bring the phones back or pay an upfront fee of R4500. Firstly how do you have someone sign a contract, which just conveniently was never added to her parcel just the slip she paid the R150 initiation fee for and have her leave with the phones and now expect her to fix a problem you caused. It's weekend my mom had a few church things she is doing the weekend, does not have license or a car to take her to the mall. The same guy calls our home speaks to me her daughter and demands the phones need to be returned no later than today otherwise phones will be blacklisted. If I recall blacklisted phones are ****** phones and my mom did not commit any form of theft (this I regard very seriously) she went in for a upgrade meaning she is an existing client that has been paying her contract monthly but now gets treated this way. They haven't even tried to assist and make this process easier by seeing how they can assist seeing that they made the mistake. This is utterly disgusting and I demand that serious actions be taken. Pathetic service and then threats for a corporate company and this conversation not even with the client but her daughter, is he even aloud to be giving out any information to anyone but the client?
