It seems that Vodacom Cape Gate is known for its bad service. The staff are super unprofessional. Dealt with a lady, called Michelle. The manager, Ulrich promises to sort stuff out. Then stops responding to your emails and never gets back to you. Vodacom Complaints are just as bad. Automated responses. So if your no is not listed with them, you don't get help.
