Vodacom Cape Gate

This place is incapable of replacing a broken phone. I handed in a cellphone still under warranty on 9 January 2017. Last communication from them was on 20 January 2017. Various calls later they confirmed that the phone would be replaced. 4 trips to the shop later to collect it I still don't have a phone. The buck gets past from one person to the next. In the meantime I am expected to pay my monthly subscription. ****************.

An automated reply from a robot does not resolve the problem. Some service as opposed to empty words "in due course" from Vodacom would be great.

I suppose the regional office will get back to me "in due course"?

They did resolve the issue. However, you seem to be missing the point here. I had very poor service with no attempt from management to communicate or apologise for this.
