Vodacom can't seem to help me cancel my contract yet billing me

Vodacom yet still can't cancel my contract while the matter or issue that's preventing them has nothing to do with me, a product was hijacked and the investigation is taking forever and it's been 2 months of back and forth while they are billing me for something i do not want.

i demand a refund, and i will take legal action about this matter. it's been emotionally draining going back and forth on these calls. i need to be refunded.
