Vodacom can't keep track of new sim contract

I signed up for a data deal on 22 November during black Friday specials that Vodacom was running. I was approved and received my approval with quote number and all via email that I would receive my sim soon. I still haven't received my sim by the 15th of December and when I contacted Vodacom they say its not loaded on the system, they can't find it, it simply doesn't exist and the deal is no longer available. I can provide proof of the email and reference number to anyone at Vodacom who wish to rectify this.
