Vodacom cant keep promises

I am hugely disappointed in Vodacom! On the 19/3 I upgraded to the S7 Edge and was offered a speaker or wireless charger with the package and I chose the wireless charger, I was contacted yesterday and told I will not be getting the wireless charger as no stock and to add to it I must still wait for the speaker which wasn't my first choice. I upgraded to this phone because of the wireless charger. Also I am still waiting for my Virtual Reality goggles and cant seem to get an answer on the delivery progress. I think its disgusting that you do promotions like this and then after the deal has been signed and done, we are then advised what was promised is no longer happening, in my opinion false advertising!!!
