Vodacom Cant even get my address right for delivery

I regret that I extended my contract. Vodacom is useless! After being convinced to stay as a loyal customer with Vodacom I get such ridiculous service from them. I accepted another contract over a week ago, only for the call center agent to put half of my address as the delivery address, including putting Drive instead of Street, even though she confirmed the correct entire address with me. How difficult can it be to put the address correctly? I have had to have endless calls with Ram to see why my parcel is not arriving, only to find out that it is vodacom not giving correct details, and being made to look like an idiot, on top of waiting for my parcel to arrive. How can such a huge company not have something in place to confirm addresses are valid prior to sending it to Ram. Now I have to wait another few days for Ram to get confirmation from Vodacom for the correct address! Rediculous Service!!
