VODACOM CANT EVEN FOLLOW UP ON A COMPLIANT ON HERE???

I left a compaint on here about the very poor service - the arrogance of the client service at Vodaworld per previous post. i have one call to apologies and a promise to look into this to recity . then a second call ferom what seems to be a contracter for Vodacom telling to go back to the same place as suddenly the next bad customer service agent could help ,e? even though teh manger was one of the problems. i said i could not get back there and would not go through the same thing again - asked that some one phone me. Guess what typical Vodacom - just couldnt care about the customer FIFO again - very poor Vodacom - confirms you should not be in business.

what a joke Vodacom is. based on this last complaint I have noe received about 5 calls from ther online upgrade department saying they understand I want to upgrade my contract on line? Total disinterest in what the actual problem is . one fool even said they had a customer retention department? and they would contact me ? still waiting Vodacom . what absolutely abysmal service . Vodacom has no interst in there customers especially the existing long term ones. FIRST RULE OF BUSINESS - LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMER. and the oldest one in the book - The Customer is always right.!!! except if you deal with Vodacom
