Vodacom- cant change their mind but want to change the world

can you retards please get my fibre working. i live in pinetown and im again down. its now 10 days.. can anyone at vodacom pleae stay at home for 10 days and come to work and find a job there... yes you cant cause if you dont pitch up you get fired.... no internet means no ability to work....... does the lift go all the way up... to the top...???? the same reasoning.. my fibre is offline and i beyond irrate.. please fix this ***... and dont respond privately because that also is a lie.... you dont flippin respond.... or reply.. you are jus VODACOM.... i logged a request and some dip**** closes the request because he is a qualified call closer.. yes with a PHD in closing unattended calls. cannot believe this...
