Vodacom- can't cancel contract

I've been trying to cancel my contract since March 2025 before it goes to month 2 month but Vodacom is ignoring my request, now I didn't pay the last month installment they're telling me they can't process cancellation due to arrears, but there were not arrears in March when I initially requested for cancelation. The girl I spoke to at vodacom call centers was very rude and didn't want to listen to my issue. Vodacom is now scheming as our money.
