Vodacom can't cancel a service in 4 months

What a challenging experience, in March 2024 we decided to cancel some of our Companies lines. Most were cancel on time, however one solution ID haven't been canceled and unfortunately its now a blaming game between different divisions with in Vodacom. No one is taking responsibility in fixing the problem. The main reason why we are cancelling our services due to poor service delivery of their products. Its now been 4 months numerous emails and still solution for from Vodacom.
