Vodacom cant cancel 24 month contract
Phoned Vodacom on monday - I got a reference they will email me in 24 hours due to not cancelling my contract which finished this month, but their system show only December but I have a copy of contract which I signed July 2019 for 24 months with NO ADD ON's- no phone calls, no emails 4 working days after I complaint - still no feedback and the operator at Vodacom says nothing they can do as the system say its a 30 month contract????????? I wish I could upload the contract here so people can see my point.

21 Jun 2021, 11:00so I got a very suspicion call from a Lance saying he work from Vodacom phoning from a personal cellphone number requesting my ID number after Vodacom warn us about *****???????? scary tho the number you phone me on is signed on my name with VODACOM, I did ask for an email or text message regarding cancelling my contract the 24 months which is finished, Lance got moody and says then he cant help me, CAN vodacom please email me that my contact is cancelled TODAY please!!!

21 Jun 2021, 15:11so after no luck, I did the final attempt to try and call again - after a couple fails, I got through to a gentlemen that assisted, scary that in 7 days I had to wait to get to speak to one person that knows how to help. Please close my complaint ticket
