VODACOM can't be trusted, BEWARE!

I cancelled my Vodacom contract on 28 May 2021 in writing and FACE TO FACE in their Hatfield Shop because of their administrative errors on my account.

I also believe that inside Vodacom there are workers that do 'grafting' and ***** the client's personal information to make money for their own pocket.

Since 13 August Vodacom blocked my cellphone number (service) and have been harassing me since then.

After numerous calls about 30 emails and 2 visits to Vodacom offices I still can't use my phone.

I feel as if Vodacom '*******' try to capture me as a client and try to keep me hostage.

They won't release my cellphone number that I've had for more than 20 years.

Please alert everybody to avoid VODACOM because of their administrative failure and devious 'grafting' on your account.
