Vodacom can't activate an eSIM

I visited several Vodacom stores and call 082135 several times to try and activate the eSim on my Samsung Galaxy Watch. Some consultants do not even know what an eSIM is. The level of service is very bad and this is a frustrating experience. Please help to solve the problem.
