VODACOM can't accommodate people when they make an arrangement

I will migrate to another service provider as from tomorrow. The worst company ever after 20 years of service it is disgusting to be part of Vodacom. Will never refer anybody to Vodacom ever. Since I stopped my Vodacom being debited via debit order all hell broke loose. I made an arrangement with a reference number MADE ON THE 25TH ALREADY which didn't mean anything BECAUSE they suspended all my lines including a RED VIP LINE (which is being used for the business) just because I ARRANGED A LATE PAYMENT, explaining why a late payment. VODACOM you do not need my business because you can not accommodate me, keep on diverting me to CUSTOMER CARE, the worst department of all that is why my account has been suspended.
