Vodacom cannot transfer calls in their call centre...

@vodacom So due to the coronavirus, Vodacom "team leaders" cannot use the handsets from the agents and they do not have telephones that an agent can transfer a call to. What a f*****g joke. I think they should rather close until the virus is under control, any excuse not to work.
