Vodacom cannot stick to any promise

I don't know where to start, in my previous review Vodacom rep**** and said someone will be in touch with me in the next few business days. It's been 3 weeks and no one has called me, emailed me or texted me. Even after I rep**** o their response as asked for an update on hello Peter privately, I didn't hear from them. Until today, I still haven't, what do I do?
